| How To Make a Purchase
Browse through our Footwear Collections and select the items you
wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.
Payments
Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout"
and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process
your order. Payments may be made in USD. Prices will
be displayed in the currency chosen. We accept the following major
credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be debited
at the moment of checkout/receipt of your order.
Shipping & Handling
Deliveries are free of charge.
Our normal despatch period is 5 to 7 working days, weekends and
bank holidays are not classed as working days. Parcels must be signed
for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should
be received within a maximum of 14 working days.
Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after
15 working days from despatch.
We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all
orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect.
However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be
'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our
stores.
Delivery Schedule
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch
your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we
will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we
will advise you by email.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of
payment.
In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be
despatched at different times.
Delivery Policy
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered
address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified
before despatch. We will not in any circumstances delivery to any
other address. Please note that for any items that are returned
to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we
will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would
still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery
charge before we despatch it a second time.
Tax Charges
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. .
Warranties
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is
true. Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction your statutory
rights are not affected by this agreement.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it within 28 days of purchase in its original condition and
packaging (e.g. box). We will refund the product price, but we will
not refund postage costs. We reserve the right to impose a 5,00
GBP charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box
are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale.
The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way. Please ensure
your name and address are clearly visible on the return form. If
you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as
we are not liable for goods lost in transit. All shoe and foot care
products are non returnable. Please note unless the description
states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof Should you have a
complaint or any comments please do not hesitate to contact us under
info@sportshoez.com.
Other provisions
We are entitled to change these terms and conditions from time to
time and at our sole discretion. Any changes and amendments will
be announced on our Website. These terms and conditions shall be
governed by the law of United Kingdom.
